Election Proclamation

The Sherman Hill Road Improvement and Service District (SHRISD) will hold a Mail Ballot election for three Director’s positions on Tuesday November 4, 2025. One position is a two-year term. The others are four-year terms.

Applications to get on the ballot can be obtained from the current SHRISD Board of Directors by emailing SHRISD8@gmail.com or on our website, www.SHRISD.org. Candidates must file an application with the District by mailing it to Sherman Hill Road Improvement and Service District (SHRISD), PO Box 1283, Laramie, WY 82071. Completed applications must be received no earlier than August 6 and no later than August 25, 2025.

Candidates and qualified electors must be Sherman Hill Estates residents and/or property owners. Qualified electors who are registered voters are entitled to vote. All qualified electors will be mailed a ballot package. Completed ballots can be mailed in or in-person voting can be done at the Courthouse on Election Day.
